Refund Policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to paid baobun premium subscriptions. Payments are processed through Stripe, and we do not store full payment card details on our own servers.

By purchasing baobun premium, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

2. Refunds and Purchase Issues

Except where required by applicable law, purchases are generally non-refundable. We may provide refunds at our discretion where appropriate, including for verified billing errors, accidental duplicate purchases, or technical failures.

If you experience a billing error, duplicate charge, a technical issue that prevents access to a purchased feature, or another purchase-related issue, contact us through the #support channel in our support server so we can investigate and try to resolve it. A refund in one case does not require us to provide a refund in another.

3. Payment Disputes

Do not use a payment dispute or chargeback to seek a refund you are not otherwise entitled to receive. Where reasonably possible, contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue. We will suspend and/or terminate accounts associated with payment disputes that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive, including repeated misuse, subject to applicable law.

4. Mandatory Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit statutory consumer rights. EU consumers may have a 14-day right to withdraw from an online subscription. Subscribing or agreeing to these policies alone does not waive that right. For an ongoing service, a proportionate charge for service supplied before withdrawal may apply only where the consumer separately requested early performance and applicable law permits it. 5. Changes to Refund Policy

We reserve the right to modify or replace this Refund Policy at any time. Notice of any changes may be provided through our official channels, on our website, or through the Service itself.
