When you reach out, include the relevant command or dashboard area, what you expected to happen, what happened instead, and any safe-to-share error message. This gives people enough context to help without making you repeat the whole story.
Never post passwords, OAuth secrets, payment details, tokens, or private server data. You can describe the problem without exposing information that belongs to your members.
